Enterprise ProfitAbility
Our core business simulation is called Enterprise ProfitAbility and gives every employee in any organisation a true understanding of the business impact of their daily decisions.
Teams compete against each other to build the most profitable business. Over a series of game rounds (simulated months), they must decide what products or services to make and which customers to attract – all whilst ensuring they manage cashflow. Each round contains a distinct learning exercise ranging from budgeting to managing capital. At the end of each round, P&L statements and balance sheets must be completed correctly to reflect the decisions and outcomes in that month. Reflections and facilitated discussions help to create insights to take back into the real world.

Our business simulations have been designed to create real-world scenarios where teams take control of a company and make strategic decisions, take risks, compete in a realistic market and see the impact of their actions all within a totally safe space!
In addition to our core Corporate simulation, we also offer a Pricing game in which your sales team must decide its pricing and trading terms strategy as it competes for business against other companies. This is an engaging and memorable way to teach salespeople how their pricing decisions impact customers and affect the company’s bottom line!
Our simulations can be offered either in-person or as virtual programmes.
